China Establishes Electronic Commerce Commission

A new organization has been set up to help to develop e-commerce in China. The country's International Chamber of Commerce, or ICC China, has established the Electronic Commerce Commission to encourage and regulate e-commerce in China.

It's the sixth special commission under ICC China which is a non-governmental commercial organization. It has over thirty members from industries including finance, trade and export.

The commission may later include some Internet companies dealing with e-commerce.
