Chinese College Students Challenge Qomolangma
The escalation of Mt. Qomolangma conducted by the Chinese Joint Mountaineering Team of College Students got in gear on April 13, the first time for them to climb the Everest.

Three students from Beijing University will fly to Lhasa tomorrow, where they are to be joined by other two students from Tibetan University. After a mountaineering training, they will stage an assault up the Mt Qomolangma, the world Everest.

During the course of mountaineering, the web-site "China Ren.com" will release the latest news on the Internet written by accompanying correspondents, and will arrange 30 minutes every day for visitors to communicate with the mountaineers in the E-Chatroom. Once they reach the peak, the mountaineers will dispatch e-mails to the United Nations and International Olympic Games Committee.
