Rolls-Royce Presents Management Textbook to China Civil Aviation

Rolls-Royce, the civil aerospace, defense, and energy group, presented its new management textbook, "Principles of Modern Management" Tuesday to Yang Yuanyuan, deputy director of General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC).

Chinese and English versions of the book were also presented to representatives of China's aviation industries, the Personnel Ministry, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the State Development Planning Commission.

Meanwhile, courses based on the textbook will be launched in the CAAC/Rolls-Royce training center in Tianjin.

Yang Yuanyuan said that Chinese readers will certainly benefit from the book. CAAC would like to further cooperate with the Rolls- Royce.

Rolls-Royce has been involved in a number of education initiatives in China for more than ten years. The company has established joint aviation training center in Tainjin with CAAC and has trained more than 2,000 senior managers in the past decade.
