Chinese-American Oil Paintings Exhibition Held in Beijing

The opening ceremony of an exhibition of oil paintings by Susan Tsu, a Chinese-American painter, was held in Beijing on June 28.

Susan Tsu was born in Chongqing city in southwest China in 1939. Her works have been successfully shown in the United States and Mexico many times.

He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Zhou Tienong, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Chen Haosu, vice-president of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), were among those present at the ceremony.

The exhibition is sponsored by the CPAFFC and will run through July 2.
