Chinese Envoy to Attend Former Sri Lanka PM's Funeral

Vice Chairperson of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, He Luli, left Beijing for Colombo to attend the funeral of Sri Lanka's former Prime Minister Sirimavo Ratwatte Dias Bandaranaike as a Chinese envoy.

Vice Secretary-General of the NPC Standing Committee Lu Congmin and Sri Lanka's Ambassador to China B.A.B. Goonetilleke saw He Luli off at the airport.
