ICBC Assessed "Best Bank in China"

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has reportedly been assessed 2000 "best bank" in China by Banker, an authoritative magazine in international banking.

This is the first of like honors ever bestowed by Banker on ICNC in the last 70 or so years since its publishing. It is also the second time ICBC has thus been honored after having been similarly commended by world-renowned magazine Eurocurrency.

A publication of high repute in international banking, Banker is subjected to British Finance Time group. The assessment had first been made involving a wide choice of 71 banks out of a total of 250 banks of great world renown in terms of their management, transactions, technologies and strategies used.

Sources from Banker tell that "ICBC is the biggest commercial bank competently staffed" in developing banking service in China. A fact to be noted is that it "has a new banking system built and new strategies of great adaptability to new international environment developed", a series of reforms and innovations and a major restructuring of its services undertaken to pave way for new advances in the 21st century.
