FM Spokesman on Taiwan's Attendance to APEC Summit

As a regional economy, Taiwan can only send ministerial level officials to attend meetings of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zhu Bangzao said Tuesday at a regular press conference in response to a relevant question.

Zhu said this practice, which has been agreed among the APEC members, should be followed.
