Guangzhou Internet Promotion Center Sets Up

The Guangzhou State Internet Promotion Center was officially set up November 23, which will largely improve the Internet service quality in south China.

The new center is located in the Tianhe Software R&D Garden in Guangzhou City, capital of Guangdong Province. It was designed to provide super-speed data exchanges and other Internet related services.

China at present has 10 major Internet service providers, each of them enjoying a relatively independent status. But they often received complaints from the users for the slow speed and inefficient services.

In order to achieve quick exchange-access to them, China has decided to set up three regional Internet promotion centers respectively in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
