Pakistan Terms India's Peace Offer as 'Farce'

Pakistan's President Muhammad Rafiq Tarar termed India's offer of cease fire in Kashmir during Ramazan as 'farce' Friday, December 1, and said that Pakistan should be included in the dialogue to bring ever-lasting peace in the region.

While Talking to newsmen after attending a local function, the president said that "if India is sincere in ensuring peace then it must initiate process of meaningful dialogue with Pakistan. "

He said despite Pakistan's continued efforts to resolve Kashmir issue, Indian's attitude was intransigent.
