Largest Drug Trafficking Case in Jiangsu

Police in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province arrested 14 drug traffickers and users recently, confiscating 1,294 "shaking head pills".

It was the largest quantity of pills ever seized in Jiangsu Province, said a local police officer.

Finding a young man named Wang Ling who sell "shaking head pills" at ballrooms on many occasions, the Nanjing City Public Bureau raided a local disco center on December 20, where Wang and Zhang Peng, Wang's partner, and a dozen drug addicts were detained. Over 1,000 pills in various colors and other drugs were confiscated on the spot.

Zhang admitted he had bought the pills from south China's Guangdong Province and sold them in Nanjing.
