Guangzhou to Trial Open E-port

The "China Electronic Port" system based on a management model of "Electronic account + on-line checking + on-line service" is soon to be put into trial operation in Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province.

The State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the General Administration of Customs have lately decided that Guangzhou area will, from March 15, file an on-line application for the new version bill on the verification and cancellation of foreign exchange earned through export, the new bill will be put into use as of April 1 and the old bill will be abolished on the same day.. All enterprises, foreign exchange management bureaus and customs will, in compliance with the new requirement, handle verification and cancellation of foreign exchange gained from exports in the traditional way and through network simultaneously.
