Soft Software to Make IPO on GEMChinese tech firm Jiangsu Nada Soft Software Co., Ltd. announced Thursday it plans to go public on Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).It intends to raise HK$ 84.24 million through placemen of 234 million shares at a price of HK$ 0.36 per share. Its stock is expected to be listed on April 24.
