China's Zhang Lianwei Wins Macao Open Golf

China's top golfer Zhang Lianwei scored a three-under-par 68 on Sunday to win the 250,000 U.S. dollar Macao Open by one stroke over Scotland's Simon Yates.

Zhang finished with 11-under-par 273 at the 6,622-yard (6,062-meter) Macao and Country Club course. It was his first win on the Davidoff Tour.

The Chinese made an eagle and three birdies against two bogeys.

The top prize for Zhang were 40,375 U.S. dollars and Yates received 27,825 U.S. dollars.
