China, Cambodia Exchange Notes on Assistance

A signing ceremony presided over by President of Senate Chea Sim, was held Wednesday afternoon in Phnom Penh between Chhoeung Chamroeun, Cambodian Secretary of State for the Foreign Ministry and Ning Fukui, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia, on an Exchange of Notes Concerning Assistance provided by the Chinese government to Cambodia.

According to the exchange of notes, the Chinese government has agreed to build roads (around 7,200 square meters) and four gates of a library and office buildings for the Cambodian Senate.
