China Uses Uniform Sign for Maritime Supervision

The maritime supervision groups in China's 11 coastal Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities have utilized uniform signs for China Maritime Supervision recently.

These regions are Liaoning, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan and Guangxi, which will use the uniform "China Maritime Supervision" sign and maritime administration documents. They are under the command of China Maritime Supervision Corps.

Experts believe that a uniform sign and direction will help strengthen maritime law implementation.

China Maritime Supervision Corps was established in 1998, responsible for supervising maritime environment and enforcing the implementation of related maritime laws and regulations in China coastal regions.
