Beer Festival Held in Northern Port City
This largest port city Tianjin in north China has unveiled a beer festival, providing entertainment for citizens in this mid-summer.
Some 46 beer breweries throughout the country including domestic enterprises and joint ventures are participating in the festival, the second held by the city.
Along the Heping Street where festival activities are held, beer stalls have been set up along with a dozen performing stages for singing, dancing and gymnastics.
According to organizers, the festival will develop into an event covering trade, culture, tourism, entertainment.
