Sydney on the hunt for nannas

SYDNEY, May 28 (People's Daily Online) -- The City of Sydney recently announced a new upcoming ‘Nanna Knows Best’ workshop series, giving nannas the opportunity to impart some old fashioned skills and knowhow to younger generations.

Each event will focus on a different piece of forgotten nanna wisdom, following expressions of interest from the community. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new skills, ask questions and take home the fruits of their labour.

The City now need help finding ladies keen to share their kitchen knowledge, home skills and special recipes. If your grandmother, mother or partner knows how to make the perfect pasta, an incredible jam drop or how to make a sponge rise and wants to offer some of her around the house secrets, now it's the chance to share it.
