Johannesburg- Werksmans Attorneys could be the happiest people in the world today, because they have a new home in Sandton, which can be called a true masterpiece.

Yes, this project is by the construction group from China, China Railway International Group. Phase One of IFC office project is just one street across Sandton City Shopping Center with total investment of 704 million rand and total surface area of 52,000 square meters.

Phase Two and Three of IFC projects in the near future will also have hotel, residential area and office, aiming to create a community of entertainment, work and high quality living in the central district of Sandton.

The project is the first office project successfully completed by China Railway International Group and the second largest real estate project following Sandton Skye Apartment in South Africa. The successful development of both projects is also continuously improving the impression and influence of China Railway International South Africa Investment Company in this market.
