Construction workers were captured on camera laying steel bars for the Changsha Wangcheng Section of the Changsha-Yiyang Expressway Expansion Project last weekend. The expansion project is 50.28 kilometers long. At present, 80% of the roadbed and bridge construction and 90% of the tunnel construction have been completed.
