Culture is deeply rooted in Tibetans' heart
Although the Dalai clique always spread the "cultural genocide" of Tibet in the Western society to swindle some sympathy and support, the efforts in cultural protection and the achievements in cultural progress in Tibet are facts obvious to all, especially the local Tibetans.
There is a saying in Tibet that people can sing and dance as soon as they're able to speak and walk. The Tibetan culture is entrenched in ordinary people's everyday life.
Every culture has its pluses and minuses, and those pluses will not fade. The Tibetan culture may mix with some other cultures, but its core is powerful and shouldn't be underestimated.
As locals, all Tibetans spare no efforts in protecting their own culture, and they have made remarkable progress in cultural inheritance and development over the past six decades.
"Tibetans generally lacked the right to play a meaningful role in the protection of their cultural heritage", said the Human Rights report concerning China's Tibet by the U.S. on April 19, 2013.
Some Western political power always claims "protection of human rights" as a means to "put pressure on China". Such useless trick could not take effect as for the Chinese citizens including Tibetans.
If you travel to Tibet, you may see the Tibetans taking ritual walk as usual in newly renovated monasteries; you may see Tibetan artisans repairing the murals in a monastery or a youngster learning Thangka from a local master.
The Tibetans are making joint efforts with the regional and central governments to fully protect, inherit and develop the traditional Tibetan culture. If the locals do not play a role in their own cultural protection, how the ethnic culture be inherited and developed?
