Foreign Parties Congratulate Jiang Zemin on Re-election as Chairman of CPC Central Military Commission

More foreign political parties and their leaders have sent messages of congratulation to Jiang Zemin on his re-election as Chairman of the CPC Central Military Commission.

More foreign political parties and their leaders have sent messages of congratulation to Jiang Zemin on his re-election as Chairman of the CPC Central Military Commission.

North Korean Labor Party Leader Kim Jong Il says Jiang Zemin's re-election shows the great respect and trust by the CPC members, the army and all the Chinese people.

Japan's Liberal Democratic Party Leader and Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi says he respects Jiang Zemin's huge contributions to the development of Sino-Japanese relations. Koizumi also believes that the new CPC leadership will continue to push forward friendly ties between Japan and China.

Romania's Social Democratic Party and the Communist Party of Moldova, also extended sincere congratulations to Jiang Zemin, and praised his contributions to China's social and economic achievements over the past 13 years.
