Cathay Pacific to resume flights between HK, Beijing

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, a Hong Kong-based airline company, will resume its flights between Hong Kong and Beijing on Dec. 2, 2003, General Manager Alan K. L. Wong for the company's corporate communication told the press here Monday.

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, a Hong Kong-based airline company, will resume its flights between Hong Kong and Beijing on Dec. 2, 2003, General Manager Alan K. L. Wong for the company's corporate communication told the press here Monday.

The company, established in 1946 in Hong Kong, accounted for over one third of total service of Hong Kong airports, said Wong.

Wong said his company was grateful for the General Administration of Civil Aviation's authorization of its flights tothe mainland, expressing the wish that the new airline will enhance exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong.
