23rd ASEAN Summit kicks off in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei

The 23rd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit opened here Wednesday morning, bringing together leaders from 10 ASEAN member states.

ASEAN groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
