Chang Wanquan to attend 2nd ADMM-Plus

BEIJING, August 29 (ChinaMil) -- At the invitation of the Ministry of Defense of Brunei, Chang Wanquan, state councilor and minister of national defense of the People's Republic of China (PRC), set out on August 28, 2013 for Bandar Seri Begawan, capital of Brunei, to attend the 2nd ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting Plus (ADMM-Plus).

During the meeting, Chang Wanquan will deliver a speech and hold bilateral meetings with defense leaders of some countries.
