Civil servants the happiest in public's eyes

The "Xiaokang" periodical under Qiushi Magazine has recently released the survey result of "happy life index in China," with 60 percent of respondents feeling happy, 0.4 percentage points higher than 2011.

Almost 16 percent of respondents said they are not happy

The evaluation of happy life index in China is mainly related to the degrees of satisfaction with physical and mental condition, family life, social relationship, quality of life and social environment.

According to survey, more than half of the respondents feel happy, about 10 percent feel very happy, 24 percent said they are not sure whether they are happy or not and only 16 percent said they are not very happy or very unhappy.
