Bus on fire in SE China, casualties unknown

XIAMEN, June 7 (Xinhua) -- A bus burst into flames on an elevated track in southeast China's Fujian Province on Friday evening, with no immediate report of casuality.

A bus in the city's BRT (bus rapid transit) service was seen on fire in the city of Xiamen at about 6:30 p.m., according to a Xinhua reporter at the scene.

Witnesses said ambulances took away "many" injured people from the site of the accident.
