BEIJING, March 4-- China's Middle East Special Envoy Wu Sike will attend a ministerial conference in Italy on international aid for Libya and visit Palestine and Israel from March 5 to 12, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said on Tuesday.

Wu will exchange views with concerned parties on the economic and social reconstruction of Libya, the latest progress of Israeli-Palestine peace talks and the current regional situation, Qin said.
