BEIJING, July 22 -- China-Arab Forum on Heath Cooperation, a key part of China-Arab States Expo, will enrich bilateral cooperation and help the upcoming expo yield more fruitful results, Ma Li, deputy chairman of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, has said.

The health forum is slated for Sept. 10 to 12 in Yinchuan, the capital city of Ningxia. The organizing committee of the forum held its first meeting on June 9.

During the meeting, Ma Li emphasized that a coordination mechanism should be established to enhance communications among relevant parties and timely solve problems cropping up in the preparation process.

He also called for a detailed plan of the forum to clarify responsibilities of organizers and ensure the smooth progress of the forum.

As for the promotion of the forum, he said that more efforts should be made to attract more overseas investors to Ningxia to attend this forum.
