Huang Min, deputy general manager of China Railway, made the statement at the 19th Annual Peking University Guanghua New Year Forum held in Beijing.

Huang noted that, nowadays, China Railway has provided passengers with various services, such as online ticket reservation, WeChat payment, and online food ordering. Installation of facial recognition devices will also be gradually promoted in stations to speed up the process of checking tickets.
