Liu Huihao, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and director of the Financial Research Institute at the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, has served as a CPPCC member for two consecutive rounds. Over the seven years of her service, her proposal has always focused on the prevention and mitigation of various financial risks.
