KHARTOUM, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Chairman of Sudan's Sovereign Council Abdel Fattah al-Burhan on Wednesday announced the army's control over all buildings of the General Intelligence Service, which were seized Tuesday by a rebellious security force.
