Construction work of two hospitals underway to tackle novel coronavirus in Wuhan

As of Jan.30, major aspects of construction work pertaining to the Huoshenshan hospital have been completed. The assembly work related to the hospital wards is now underway, while the construction of pipe systems is now 60 percent complete.

Meanwhile, 40 percent of the construction work of the Leishenshan hospital is completed. 1,518 hospital wards have been brought into the construction field, while 300 wards were assembled off of the construction site. Furthermore, 70 percent of the doctors’ dormitories are now completed.

Located in Caidian district and Jiangxia district in the suburban areas of Wuhan, The Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals will play a crucial role in the ongoing battle against the novel coronavirus.
