BEIJING, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said Wednesday that China never pursues ideological confrontation, advocates "decoupling" or seeks hegemony.
Xi made the remarks during a videoconference with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
