Ling Jihua, minister of the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, received the representatives of Tibetan Buddhists and the winners of the eighth Tibetan Buddhism advanced degree, Toranba, on December 3. Vice ministers Zhu Weiqun, Zhang Yijiong, and Sita also attended the reception.
