Venezuela to hold presidential elections on April 14 (2)

The President of the National Electoral Council of Venezuela (CNE, by its' acronym in Spanish), Tibisay Lucena, attends to an extraordinary meeting of the Council, in the city of Caracas, capital of Venezuela, on March 9, 2013.
