According to the Ministry of Education of China, the first 120 resources-sharing courses of Chinese colleges opened to the public for free via the website www.incourses.edu.cn on June 26.
These courses include the whole course teaching videos as well as the necessary files of teaching like course descriptions, syllabuses, teaching calendars, teaching plans or power points, guidance, homework and reference materials catalogs, and it builds a suitable web learning environment for students or other learners to study and communicate on line.
