1st board of directors of Manassen Foods convenes 5th meeting

Mr. Ge Junjie, vice president of the Group and chairman of Manassen Foods, chaired the fifth meeting of the 1st board of directors of Manassen at the head office of Shanghai Tangjiu (Group) on November 27, which was attended by eight directors from home and abroad.

The directors heard business operation report by Manassen CEO Geoff Erby and finance report by CFO Wayne Mclntosh, and reviewed and adopted the latest budget report of 2013. They heard and discussed a report on follow-up steps of the “20 Project” and “Kindle Project” aimed at improving business performance, and reached agreement on next-step coordination, M&A opportunities, international business expansion and sending managers to Shanghai for training.

Chairman Ge praised Manassen’s management for its active and responsible attitude before the economic situation of Australia, and affirmed its operation plans and their success. He said thanks to the efforts of all Manassen staff. He hoped for further success by the Manassen team at the yearend by promoting projects and plans according to resolutions and decisions adopted at the meeting.

After the meeting, relevant departments and subsidiaries of Shanghai Tangjiu (Group) continued business discussions with Mr. Geoff Erby and Mr. Wayne Mclntosh.
