According to the institutional reform and functional transformation plan issued by the State Council, State Administration of Press and Pubilcation and State Administration of Radio, Film and Television would be merged into one institution, named as State Administration of Press, Publication, Broadcast and Television. The "State Administration of Broadcast and Televsion" board on its front door is about to be removed. People crowded there to take souvenir photos.
