Hollywood photos to be auctioned

To Hollywood, the place where movie magic happens. Next month, more than 5,000 photos and other memorabilia from Hollywood’s golden years will go under the hammer. Much of it has never been seen before. We head to New York now, to get a glimpse of some of these rare treasures.

This photo auction organized by Guernsey’s Auction House is hailed as the "largest Hollywood auction ever".

It features the first series of the Movie Star News collection, founded in 1938 by Irving Klaw.
