One dead, 41 injured in SW China road accident

One person was killed and another 41 injured in a road accident happened on Sunday afternoon in southwest China's Guizhou Province, local authorities said.

A coach crashed through a guard rail, falling 20 meters down the slope at around 3 p.m. on a highway in Kaili City, according to local firefighters.

All the injured passengers were sent to hospital for treatment.

Further investigation into the accident is underway.
