It may seem that there’s nothing you can do about stress. The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in a day and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding.
For many of us, relaxation means zoning out in front of the TV at the end of a stressful day. But this does little to reduce the damaging effects of stress.
To combat stress, a carnival of reducing stress was held in a park in Changsha, Hunan province on Sept. 1, 2013. Visitors combat their stress in games such as pillow fight, screaming loudspeaker and kicking the ass of boss.
In fact, there are many other ways of stress management. Some doctors and nurses, for example, dance during the lunch break in the hospital hall in Jilin province.
