People first and people’s livelihood first

Nothing is small as long as it is concerned with the public’s interest and welfare. When it came to the construction of its heating system in city area, Lhasa City has always stuck to the principle of people-first by putting priority to the interest of the public and the heating effect of households, so as to ensure all people in Lhasa can be benefited from the heating project.

In order to deliver satisfactory heating facility installation in the city, Lhasa City Nuanxin Fuel Gas Heating Power Co., Ltd. assigned special personnel to conduct investigation for heating market. They made proactive efforts to contact with clients, so as to gain detailed information about the deployment and gas consumption of clients, and based on which, to decide the suitable location of heating switch stations and realize the connection of households and heating pipe network. Meanwhile, regular comprehensive overhaul of heating switch stations was also carried out under supervision of such assigned staff.

According to Mr. Lao Mingwei, Vice Chairman of Lhasa City Nuanxin Fuel Gas Heating Power Co., Ltd., the company immediately subordinated to Lhasa Government, did not focus on economic gains of the project. However, it took the needs of the public into full consideration, and tried its best to provide convenience to the public even at the cost of its own interest, so as to ensure the due requirements of the public to be satisfied.

With the completion of heating access to all households in the city, follow-up service will surface as the key mission in days to come. “All related authorities are expected to” emphasized Mr. Qi Zhala, “continually double efforts to enhance follow-up management of the project, so as to deliver excellent service to the public in a safe manner. We should try our best to make the project a solution to the problems faced by our city dwellers. We should make “Nuanxin” a highly recognized brand by the public.” Chilly severity disappeared in this winter, thanks to the care from and down-to-ground efforts led by the party and governments of all levels.
