Ice conditions may be more serious in Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea (2)

The ice conditions in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea this January may be more serious than that in the past years, forecasted by North China Sea Marine Forecasting Center of State Oceanic Administration.
