Create the feature and introduce the leading enterprise
High-end industries gather faster

Focusing on the leading industry and aiming to improve the industrial chain and expand the industrial cluster, the High-tech Zone innovates the investment attraction mode and mainly introduces a number of big projects and big enterprises of R&D, high-end manufacturing, software and service outsourcing, originality, finance, and headquarters to realize the multiplication effect of industrial chain extension and industrial cluster development.

With the construction and promotion of the Samsung Electronics’ high-end storage chip project, “Samsung Effect” gradually appears. Currently, more than 60 famous domestic and foreign enterprises already investigated in the High-tech Zone, among which 15 supporting enterprises already presented their clear investment intentions and 8 enterprises already completed the registration. The High-tech Zone has employed more than 1900 staff for Samsung Electronics and its supporting enterprises, of whom over 150 staff are accepting the training in Korea. At the beginning of July this year, more than 50 equipment suppliers will carry out some corresponding investigations in succession. These supporting enterprises will further improve the development of the new-generation information technology industrial cluster in the High-tech Zone and even in Xian.

Up to the end of June this year, the High-tech Zone actually introduced foreign capital of USD767 million, completing 59.03% of the whole-year task, with a year-on-year growth of 91%; and it actually introduced domestic capital of RMB20.04 billion, completing 52.75% of the whole-year task and exceeding the time schedule by 2.75%.

In this year, 4 enterprises on Fortune Global 500 including France Schlumberger and German Siemens were introduced into the High-tech Zone. At present, the High-tech Zone has more than 100 enterprises on Fortune Global 500 and more than 100 international famous enterprises. The successive entry of these famous enterprises best shows that the investment environment of the High-tech Zone is increasingly better.
