Construct the road and build the house
Livelihood projects benefit the people

From this year, the High-tech Zone started to construct 5000 affordable houses and 310 price-limited houses, of which 1050 houses had been basically completed, fulfilling the whole-year task ahead of schedule. From July 4, public rental houses in Building 3 and Building 4, Section B, Lanbo Apartment, Xitai Road were rent to the public officially.

The High-tech Zone started to construct 667 berths of public parking lots, of which 290 berths had been already completed. Main constructions of electric bus parking lots in Jinye No.1 Road and Jinye No.2 Road were already completed. Part of the broken sections of Western Avenue, Wei14 Road, Jing 34 Road, and Jing 36 Road were reopened. Tunnel Project for Technology No.8 Road was being designed. Xifeng Road and Xitai Road increased the speed limit from 60km/h to 80km/h.

Through the iron-hand governance, the High-tech Zone deeply promotes the urban precision management and pollution control and the haze reduction work. Based on the existing 20 significant problems, the High-tech Zone takes measures including daily tour inspection system, monthly report system, and quarterly appraisal system to guarantee no dead angle in urban management.
