Taking the BlueScope Project of the Global 500 enterprise BlueScope Steel Australia for example, with its total investment amount of RMB405 million and construction area of over 52000m2, the project was already completed and put into use on July 26 of this year since its start on December 27, 2011. With light and heavy steel structure production lines and tens of efficient metal houses and shingle production lines, its annual designed production capacity reaches 120000 tons, which is the largest prefabricated metal steel structure construction system plant in the western regions. Meanwhile, the project invested by Owens Corning, the leader in world construction material and glass fiber compound material field, also started the trial production on July 16. Project of Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Xi’an FC) already completed the trial production of Phase I under the powerful measures of the High-tech Zone. It’s expected that the project can achieve annual sales revenue of over RMB10 billion after the project is completed.

The fast construction of these projects is not only beneficial for the mutual development of key projects in the High-tech Zone, but also refreshes each project construction schedule of various companies.

“In such a short time, the infrastructures including roads and pipelines are ready. The machine is also running.
