Construct “service forward” for Samsung project Achieve new industrial breakthrough by the aggregation effect

Service will never be the best, but will only be more suitable and more thoughtful. Besides services including “Frontline Workday”, the High-tech Zone originally proposes the unique “Service Forward”, behind which are the service consciousness “most required by the enterprises”, the sense of responsibility “to guarantee successful project implementation,” and the determination “to promote new industrial breakthrough by the construction of key projects”.

Just because of this, a saying is retold throughout the High-tech Zone: as the responsible leader, whether your service is good or not depends on the expression of the enterprise leader when he meets you. If the enterprise leader is unfamiliar with you, then your work is not good.

As far as we know, since the construction of Samsung Electronic Storage Chip Project started on September 12 of last year, the High-tech Zone has insisted on holding the regular work meeting every week to hear of the work progress reported by both parties and study and solve specific problems. Led by main leaders of the High-tech Zone, intermediate cadres of various departments are on duty in turn to carry out the service forward and on-site garrison. In addition, a relatively independent and closed construction environment is constructed to guarantee the successful project construction.

Meanwhile, the Samsung’s aggregation effect is expanded as far as possible to promote the connection and cooperation between Samsung and local enterprises, plan the comprehensive industrial chain projects focusing on Samsung, and construct an emerging industrial cluster. Currently, 42 Samsung’s support enterprises and relevant representative offices of support enterprises are successfully imported. Besides, Samsung Data R&D Center Project and Samsung Electronics R&D Center Project already settled in a few days ago.

Project management is for development. During the practices of mass line education, driven by the construction of big projects and centering on development task, the High-tech Zone strives to achieve new breakthrough of industrial economy and speed up the pace of constructing a world first-class technology park by investing in projects, expanding investments, adjusting structure and enhancing industries.
