Trainees are visiting a key project located in Xi’an High-tech Zone


Remarkable success has been achieved in talent training

With human resources as the core competitiveness, the Management Committee of the zone has been dedicated to building a learning management team. Activities like lectures on innovation, expert talks and outward bounds of many kinds were organized to get the employees trained. The establishment of the Human Development Institute, inspired by advanced international experience, provides a scientific, systematic, standardized and three-dimensional system of personnel education and training, marking that a new breakthrough is made in the process of building a learning organization in the zone.

The first round of training, designed for 23 new employees from various departments and parks, lasted from May 20 to June 28. They had a six-week-long full-time training which includes outward development, lessons on the core value of the High-tech Zone, industrial economy development practice, anti-corruption education, upgrading of business practices, management skills of various parks and enterprises and so on. Through themed training, outdoor training and study visits, trainees all gained an in-depth understanding of important practical problems such as economic transformation, industrial structure adjustment and modern urban construction and management. In a word, the training enabled them to have an insight into the development status, core values, cultural spirits and professional ethics of the High-tech Zone, and helped them improve their business knowledge and skills.

Meanwhile, 34 lecturers concerned have worked conscientiously in accordance with the teaching schedule and successfully fulfilled the training task. They are all leaders of various departments and have busy work schedules, but still manage to get around to teaching and sparing no efforts to impart their knowledge and experience to the trainees, hoping that the trainees will inject fresh blood for the development of the zone.
